New England Patriots vs Pittsburgh Steelers Predictions

The New England Patriots head to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers after losing to the Miami Dolphins last week. This game has major playoff implications for both teams. Can Tom Brady and the Pats avoid a two game losing streak with Ben Roethlisberger, Le’Veon Bell, Antonio Brown, and JuJu Smith Schuster providing more offensive talent than that Patriot defense has faced in a while? Will the Steelers bring their A game, or will they let Bill Belichick hang around until the end of the game like they did against the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals? Brady will have tight end Rob Gronkowski back, which should make a big difference in how effective that offense is this week. Whoever wins this game has a very good chance to finish 1st place in the AFC. The Steelers are 11-2 & NE is 10-3. Can Mike Tomlin finally get an important win over the defending Super Bowl Champions?

Two weeks into the 2007 season, the New York Giants were a lost team. They were 0-2, the defense had given up 80 points and the offense was sputtering. Even some die-hard fans felt the season was over. Playoffs? Maybe next year. The Super Bowl? “Fuhggedaboudit.”

What followed over the next four months was an impossible dream which culminated in the Giants’ stunning victory over the previously unbeaten New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII. This was the Giants’ third Super Bowl victory – but perhaps their greatest singular achievement.

Join NFL Films as it documents one of the greatest stories in NFL history – the New York Giants’ rise to the top of the NFL. “New York Giants – Super Bowl XLII Champions” takes you through each game of their remarkable 2007 season and follows the heroics of Eli Manning, Michael Strahan, Plaxico Burress and Head Coach, Tom Coughlin as the Giants defied the odds to become Super Bowl XLII Champions.
